Buying my first car was such an exciting milestone, so having my 2006 Mustang get sideswiped while safely parked was heartbreaking. I had never been through an insurance claim or collision repairs before and honestly felt lost, but Crash Champions completely changed that experience for me. Lily made all the difference. She guided me through every step, kept me consistently updated throughout each repair, and advocated on my behalf to ensure my car was restored to the quality it deserved. Her communication, professionalism, and reassurance gave me so much peace throughout the entire experience. When I finally saw my car again, I was blown away. They managed to perfectly match the paint on my 2006 Mustang so the new paint blended seamlessly with the original finish. Every dent was removed, every scratch was gone, and you would never know the car had been damaged. The attention to detail and quality of the work exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend Crash Champions not only for their outstanding work but also for their exceptional customer service. Thank you again, Lily, for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so smooth and reassuring and the entire

I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions from start to finish. The representative who handled my intake was in training, but she was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough throughout the entire process. She carefully reviewed all of the damage to my vehicle, explained the repair process clearly, made sure I had all the paperwork I needed, and even offered me water while I waited. She stayed on top of communication, followed up with me, and ensured I was receiving updates and text messages regarding my vehicle's progress. When it was time to pick up my car, I worked with the employee who had been training her. He was equally outstanding. He was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. He completed a detailed walkthrough of the repairs, showed me everything that had been replaced, and made sure my vehicle was cleaned and buffed before I left. I especially appreciated that he advocated on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure the best possible replacement parts were used. Both employees went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and
